I created this plunger for a meat grinder, but it can certainly be used for other things too…
It has an extra thick base (10mm) so it doesn't break like one from a specialist retailer. Additionally, the rest is filled with 15% infill and the walls consist of 4 layers. It is still very light, but significantly more stable.
I set the seams to random (as seen in one picture), so I don't have one big thick seam, but many small ones. I simply sanded these down with sandpaper, which I would do anyway because everything becomes much smoother and no residue can accumulate on the layers.
