How to customize in Bambu Studio
- Open the .3mf. Select the Text object in the Objects panel.
- For curved/edge text, set Mode → Surround projection by char (best wrap quality).
- For upright prints, use emboss height 0.8–1.2 mm (currently set to 1mm).
- Slice with the provided profile or any stock Bambu profile, then print.
Recommended print settings (tested for PETG/ASA)
- Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for extra-sharp text)
- Walls: 2 perimeters · Top/bottom: 5–3
- Infill: 100% concentric
- Supports: ON
- Material: PETG (easy + ok with UV) or ASA/ABS for better heat/UV resistance
- Bed adhesion: light brim
Tips
- Nozzle 0.4 mm → keep letter strokes ≥ 0.8–1.2 mm; use a bold sans font (Arial/Roboto).

- Check your local regulations: don’t obscure registration marks or mandated borders.
