Description

There are many Wago mounts available, and I highlight a few notable alternatives below.

Nobody provides their Fusion source file for easy remixing (so I did here), and there are very few options for the big sibling, the Wago 221-61X series.  612, 613, and 615 connectors accept conductors as large as 10 AWG (2.5 mm^2).

Design Features

  1. Guided channels for zip tie strain relief
  2. Side mount holes so you don't have to pop out Wagos to reposition on a mounting board
  3. Tested to print well on 0.4mm AND 0.6mm nozzles in PC, PAHT, PETG, ASA, and PLA
  4. Good tolerances with a satisfying, secure click to seat
  5. Prints horizontal OR vertical for nesting huge batches per plate

Fusion Source

Download the configured Fusion design and an assembly of every variant under the “Download STL/CAD Files” button (it's a download option using the big green “Open in Bambu Studio” button).

Note that if you use the Maker edition license of Fusion, you may not be able to change or add configured designs, but you'll be able to access the default variant. Commercial and Education licenses can use the configurations features.

Slicing notes

I've left in specific tree supports, but for any filament that bridges well, they aren't really necessary. They start to become more important for the default flat orientation of the largest 221-615 mounts when printing a saggy filament like PC, PA, or TPU. TPU?!? What, are you a monster? JK, it might work - I dunno, I didn't test TPU.

A brim might help ABS and PAHT, but I didn't get unacceptable warping when using the Cyrogrip Glacier Pro build plate.

Please contact me (jeff@obchao.com) if you wish to use these commercially, such as selling this or a remix of it. I'll likely license them to you royalty-free, but I prefer to know who I'm granting licenses to so it doesn't feel like theft.
