Labeling Option for IKEA 365+ 10.6l Box

As an accessory for the IKEA 365+ 10.6l boxes or dry boxes, I designed a labeling option for the lid

The holder fits into the recess of the Ikea 365+ 10.6l lid. There are two slots for filament cards

Holder for the Lid:

The support structure is necessary to keep the inserts straight and prevent the filament from collapsing during printing. In my case, the supports were easy to remove in one piece. If any support structure remains, I recommend using small or narrow needle-nose pliers. I do not recommend using a thin knife, as this could damage the model. Also, your hands will thank you... :-)

Since the lid flexes slightly when opening and closing the box, I recommend fixing the holder in the middle with some adhesive (superglue or double-sided tape)

Filament Cards:

Parametric creation of color cards:

With this variant, you can independently adjust the values for manufacturer, material, and color

Additionally, there is also the option to adjust the headings in your local language

The text can be printed very cleanly with a 0.4mm nozzle

Note:

It is possible to print this filament card in two colors. To do this, simply set the first filament to any color :

Blank filament cards for custom design:

A blank card is available as another print profile. If you want to create your own texts or designs, please ensure that the margins remain as follows:

  • Text margin right and left: 12mm
  • Text margin top: 2mm
  • Text margin bottom: 7mm

I look forward to new, creative designs :-)

If the filament cards are difficult to slide into the slots, reduce the height of the cards by 0.1mm. The standard here is 1.8mm

A single labeling solution for the 10.6l box with a large card will be available soon

Hello, I had this problem too, depending on the filament used. In my opinion, this is due to the flow behavior of the filament and the respective setting in the printer. I also had to play around with the scaling a bit until it fit. It was also once possible to adjust the values directly in the OpenSCAD editor. Apparently, however, this has been changed. I have to see if I can adjust or extend the editor in the near future.
