PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION! Edit 06/01/2026: Great news! With this print, and the troubleshooting I&#39;ve done along the way, I finally managed to fully print the doll! I&#39;ll try to upload photos as soon as my brother allows me to borrow the assembled model. Haha. If you run into issues, please refer to the tips I&#39;ve provided below and shoot me a message! I think I&#39;ve legitimately had this project fail over 10 times before uploading this print profile. I realized the settings in the original print profile were contributing to failures, so, I&#39;ve uploaded a new version which seeks to remedy the many, many issues encountered along the way. I&#39;m currently still in the process of trying to print these parts, and as I run into more problems, I&#39;m continuing to troubleshoot and update this profile with new resolutions. * For reference: I&#39;m printing the 0.08mm profile using 0.4mm nozzle in BL Basic PLA Beige on P2S. I cannot personally confirm if it works on any other printers. Please let me know if it&#39;s compatible with others you&#39;re using so I can appropriately update this profile&#39;s settings. * Matte filaments seem to work best for this model. The original is shown in Bambu Lab&#39;s Desert Tan PLA Matte.  CHANGES TO ORIGINAL PRINT PROFILE: 1) Changed the Plates layout to only include one or two parts at a time. Chances of failure increase with multiple parts. 2) Changed Branch Diameter on Supports from 1mm to 2mm (default) for larger parts. Please change this back to 1mm for smaller parts if needed. This is to increase stability of the supports, which were breaking mid-print. 3) Disabled Ironing option. I have a feeling this was creating sheer against the model, knocking them free from the buildplate. 4) Changed Seam Position from “Random” to “Aligned”. You can also change this to “Back” as needed if it looks better on the print preview. This improves the surface texture, which was bumpy and uneven because of the randomized seams. Any remaining seams under these new settings can be sanded down easily and blended in. 5) Simplified the model geometry, especially on larger and more complicated parts, to improve print time/speed and accuracy. Some models had over 1,000,000 surfaces, and I&#39;ve reduced them to under 20,000 - 100,000 surfaces. This preserves detail while optimizing print settings. 6) Repaired many non-manifold edges which were present in original profile. 7) Changed Outer Wall speed from 100 mm/s to 60 mm/s (default) to improve stability and accuracy. If you&#39;re still having issues, please consider changing the Print Speed from Standard (100%) to Silent (50%), as this will reduce sheer on the model and strain on supports. 8) Update: Changed the Support Threshold Angle from 30° to 40° to increase support stability and strength. Even with all of the changes I&#39;d made, supports on the Upper Arms were still failing, and this resolved that.  9) Update: Added Brim (Outer &amp; Inner) of 20mm to further stabilize parts.. This can be lowered to 10mm for beds 10, 11, and 12. I&#39;m aware this will use more filament and increase print time somewhat, but, I was still having parts fail to print (specifically the knees) without it. ADDITIONAL PRINTING STEPS/NOTES: 10) If printing in PLA, raise the print bed temperature from 55°C to 60°C. This helps with bed adhesion in some cases. 11) Lay down liquid glue and allow it to fully dry before printing (~10 minutes). Without liquid glue, the supports are more liable to break off mid-print and cause it to fail.  SIMPLIFY MODEL PERCENTAGES BY PART: Upper Body: 95.96% (Extra High)  Lower Body: 94.81% (Extra High)  Upper Arms: 91.90% (Extra High)  Lower Arms: 85.79% (Extra High)  Upper Legs: 97.23% (Extra High)  Lower Legs: 94.85% (Extra High)  Hips: 85% (Decimal Ratio)  Elbows: 65% (Decimal Ratio)  Ankles: 50% (Decimal Ratio)  Feet: 55% (Decimal Ratio)  Head Top: 97.65% (Extra High)  Face: 95% (Decimal Ratio)  Positioning Pins: 97.81% (Extra High)  Eye Caps: 60% (Decimal Ratio)  Hands (Flat): 70% (Decimal Ratio)  Hands (Relaxed): 70% (Decimal Ratio)  HEAD SCALE FOR EYE SIZES (from vertex to vertex): 6mm: 171% 8mm: 231% 10mm: 282% 12mm: 342% 14mm: 393% You may still notice minor issues, but this significantly reduced the amount I was encountering. Clean-up will still be necessary; sanding, polishing, sealing, etc. The joints, especially, may need this to clean them up as they still won&#39;t print perfectly. But, this is much more doable. Hope this helps you all. I&#39;m open to suggestions for improving the print settings further!  EDIT 05/20/2026: - I added additional printing advice steps 10a and 10b, as I needed to troubleshoot why the Upper Arms were still failing despite the changes I&#39;ve made. The settings provided in the profile will work for larger pieces just fine; please review these steps for smaller parts or parts that are having issues while printing.  - Updated the print profile image to better describe this print profile&#39;s purpose and benefits.              - Updated the first segment to better specify the exact printing issues this profile is meant to resolve.              - Added a disclaimer telling viewers to read the whole description.             - Updated the third segment, as I think it gave the illusion of time savings incorrectly, when it&#39;s meant for accuracy.             - Updated title and subtitle.  - Added a segment on the print image asking for community input to help improve the settings on this print profile. Please feel free to reach out to me with images of successful prints with the specific settings you changed! EDIT 05/22/2026: - Uploaded revised print profile&#39;s settings that includes:              - Changed the Support Threshold Angle to 40°             - Changed Plate Names Knees → Elbows and Elbows → Knees. Turns out I had these backwards.             - Brim was added at a width of 20mm and can be set to 10mm for smaller parts.             - Updated the orientation and rotation of some parts in the hopes of improving print accuracy.             - Updated the position of most parts to ensure a proper Brim does print on the buildplate.             - Updated Title to reflect “Accuracy” instead of “Speed” to align with previous image description update. - Removed 10a and 10b, and instead, implemented these into this Print Profile&#39;s settings within the file. I shouldn&#39;t rely on you guys manually changing the settings yourself, so I&#39;ve put them in by default. This includes the changes listed just above. EDIT 06/03/2026: - Per the request of my brother, I&#39;ve played around with the scale of the head to adjust for standard BJD eye sizes. The current model&#39;s size (210%) uses 7.5mm eyes, which means you&#39;d have to get a custom pair made to fit this if you&#39;re not using the eyecaps provided within the file. If you&#39;re ordering eyes from a vendor, you may want to go with standard sizes instead. I&#39;ve included a list of scaled percentages for the head within the list above, so you can adjust your model accordingly. You may have to scale the other body parts (one at a time) to match, though, and you can use the same percentage used on the head. I highly recommend deciding on what eye size you want before printing the whole model to prevent scale differences between the head and the body.
