12 lead/6 lead EKG Separator with screw

I added a 6-32 screw and hex nut, and removed the side latch. The internal latch is still intact. If you have a pair of wire strippers you can easily cut them down to about ¼" and chase the threads. This prevents it from falling off in the pouch or during patient transfer. Same print profile, just added supports
