Butter Tray & Knife Set

Hi everyone! This is my very first model published to MakerWorld, and I’m so excited to share it with you. Thank you so much to anyone who downloads and tries it out—you’re helping me kick off my journey of sharing designs with the community.

NO AMS NEEDED – The pictures show both black and white parts, but you don’t need multi-color printing. If you’d like different colors, simply print each part on a different plate.

Features:

Smooth & Sleek Design – The tray and lid are designed with clean, modern lines so it looks great on your table or counter.

Knife Cutout in the Lid – The lid has a perfectly fitted cutout so the butter knife rests snugly in the top when not in use.

Friction-Friendly Base – The bottom has a high-friction grating to keep the butter steady while you cut or spread.

Ergonomic Butter Knife – Designed with smooth contours to make slicing and spreading butter feel effortless.

Color Recommendations:

White - gives it a clean, classic look, similar to plates or ceramic kitchenware.

Black & White Combo (like in my photos) - creates a modern, contrasting style that I personally think looks great.

Optional Sanding -  PETG always looks excellent after only a little bit of sanding, I highly recommend it for a really clean look

Important Notes:

MUST BE PRINTED IN PETG FOR FOOD SAFETY

Please don’t use PLA or ABS for food-contact prints. PETG is food safe.

Care Instructions:

PETG holds up well to temperature—so yes, you can spread butter onto a hot pan without worrying about melting obviously just don't hold it on the pan for a super long time.

It can go in the dishwasher, but I recommend hand-washing to keep it healthier and prevent any long-term warping.
