Description
ROJOCO Accesory - Assembly & Display Plate (Medium, D23)
Make assembling and showing off your ROJOCO chain-link hex pixel puzzle (link) easier than ever! This accessory is designed for the medium version of the ROJOCO and works as both an assembly plate and a display frame. This version has a 23-pixel diameter.

Features
- Assembly Plate – Keeps ROJOCO pieces in place while you build, then locks the finished puzzle securely with small pin hooks.
- Frame – Holds the plate with inner pegs and has ridges for attaching clips.
- Clips – Stand your frame up horizontally, vertically, or link multiple frames together.
To fit different printer sizes, there are two frame versions:
- Single-piece frame for larger printers
- Two-piece frame with connectors (perfect for the A1 Mini)
Assembly Instructions
For the single-piece frame, skip this step.
For the two-piece frame, place both connector pieces partway into the corners of the frame pieces (see image below). Then push the frame pieces together bit by bit switching between the two corners. You should hear a click when it snaps into place.
You can also just connect one corner and then the other, but you'll have to bend the frame a bit to snap together the other corner.
- Place the plate into the back of the frame, aligning the two notches in the plate with the two inner pegs of the frame.

- Slightly bend the plate and slide the two notches on the other side of the plate into the 2 other pegs of the frame.
- Snap your chosen clips onto the frame edge, between the ridge bumps.
Tips:
To connect multiple frames, use two clips for a sturdy hold.

- To detach clips, either pry them loose with your nail or, if possible, slide them onto the bumps — the bumps will push them out for easier removal.

Future Updates
If ROJOCO gains traction, expect additional plate sizes with different pixel counts to be released.
And if there is any interest, I'll also look into making an assembly plate with a rotated orientation matching the one available for the small assembly plate & frame.
