🎨 Materials Required:
- Heat Insert: M2.5 heat insert, Diameter 3.5mm, Depth 4mm. Amazon link
- Hex Bolt: M2.5 Hex head bolt, Length 16mm. Amazon link
- Magnet: Neodymium magnet Diameter 5mm, Depth 2mm. Amazon link
🎨 Tools:
- Hex Screwdriver: M2 hex screwdriver
- Glue: Cyanoacrylate Glue
- Soldering Iron: Used for embedding the heat insert into the T-Nut
- Glue Accelerator: Speed up the drying process of CA glue (Optional)
- Magnet Guide: Assists with the correct orientation of the magnets before gluing. (Optional)
🎨 Assembly:
- Attach the heat insert into the T-Nut. Clear debris by screwing the bolt until material comes out the other end.
- Embed magnets into the Base Plate and Bin.
- Screw together the Base Plate and the T-Nut.
- Glue Accelerator: Speed up the drying process of CA glue (Optional)
- Magnet Guide: Assists with correctly orienting magnets. Print this model
