Soap Box 80×80×26 mm for Dr. Squatch – Home & Travel (Magnetic Closure)

Overview
Compact soap box suitable for Dr. Squatch soaps (internal dimensions approx. 80×80×26 mm)

Home – smooth sliding lid (easy opening/closing)

Travel – sliding lid with side **pins/pin-lock** (does not accidentally open in a toiletry bag, gym bag, or suitcase)

Inserting Magnets (important):

The included .3MF files contain an **automatic print pause** ("Pause at layer") for inserting the magnets

1. Start print → **Pause** occurs automatically (2x)
2. Observe Polarity!!! (Lid & box should attract)
3. Press magnets into the recesses (**Press-fit**)
4. Continue print

⚠️ Notes on Pressing in Magnets (important):

• Press carefully: No force. Lightly support the print bed when pressing in, **no pressure** on the print bed or axis
• If the magnets do not go in easily, leave them and cancel the print
• Insert magnets flush with the current layer; **no overhang**, otherwise the nozzle will get stuck
• Do not move the model/print plate, no lateral forces. Use spray adhesive or a well-adhering print plate

• Seifenbox_Home.3mf – smooth sliding lid, pause integrated
• Seifenbox_Travel.3mf – lid with side pins, pause integrated

No STL intentionally, so that pauses & slicer settings are reliably adopted

Material

Printed with Overture PLA Rock for the marble look
Alternatively, for example, **Bambu Lab PLA Marble** also works very well

Cleaning

Simply clean with **warm water** and a **toothbrush** and rinse. Do not scrub to protect the model's sliding surfaces
