This scaled down nozzle is a remix of existing E6000 glue tips, created to solve the problem of inconsistent flow sizes. The original 2.3 mm nozzle was too small, making the glue difficult to squeeze out, while the 5.3 mm option was too large and lacked control. This improved 4 mm nozzle strikes the perfect balance—providing smooth, consistent flow and better precision for detailed projects. This version is also smaller and less filament because in my experience these nozzles are almost always a single time use and are disposable consumables.

Since E6000 doesn’t come with a practical nozzle (or only oversized ones), this design makes the adhesive far easier to use for crafting, repairs, and detailed gluing tasks.

This nozzle will also fix any similar glue with a thread diameter of ~14mm. Including regular E6000 and E6000 Premium / Pro.

I printed mine in PETG Translucent filament for durability and visibility, closely resembling commercial glue nozzles while letting you see the glue as it moves through. You can print in any filament of your choice, but PETG or another strong material is recommended for durability.

⚠️ Note: This model is considered a disposable consumable and most likely a single time use. PETG and PLA will more than likely not clean well after being exposed to E6000 glue.
