3D Printed Electrical Box for Snap Connectors
This box was designed to house and organize snap connectors commonly used in electrical connections. Thanks to its 3D printing-optimized design, it offers a practical and tidy solution for securing terminals, avoiding the use of glues or makeshift supports.
🔹 Key features:
- Specially designed compartments to ensure stable and secure fastening of connectors
- Integrated cable glands, to protect incoming cables and keep connections tidy
- The cable gland ring is designed to be printed in TPU, to offer flexibility and adapt to cables with a diameter between 5 and 8 mm (the most common on the market)
- The main body of the box and the rigid cable glands can instead be printed in PLA to ensure robustness and ease of printing
- Fast and support-free printing, ideal for FDM
