Yes, exactly. On this scale, printing working connectors is just impossible or would destroy the realistic look. Just glue as many of the fence elements in series and in the form you want. Applying small drops of scale modelling glue on the two crossbeams of one element and holding them to the vertical beam of the next element works best.
