Infiniti G37,G35 Front Hood Bumper

3D Model Description

This model is a 3D-printable replacement for the Nissan/Infiniti OEM hood bumper (part#: 65829-JK00A). It has been designed to match the fit and function of the original component while allowing you to produce it yourself on your 3D printer.

Each car uses two bumpers—one on each side of the hood. These bumpers act as cushion stops that keep the hood properly aligned, reduce vibration, and prevent direct metal-to-metal contact when the hood is closed. If your original bumper is missing, cracked, flattened, or showing signs of wear, this printable replacement should restore proper hood support and alignment.

Material Recommendation

• TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is strongly recommended.
• Shore hardness: ~95A (rigid enough to support the hood, flexible enough to compress).
• Avoid rigid plastics (PLA, ABS, PETG), as they may not compress correctly and could damage the hood.

Installation

• Direct replacement for OEM part — no modifications required.
• Installs by screwing into the existing mounting point.
