Description
Design Concept:
The Cheomseongdae Observatory Lamp is inspired by the historic astronomical observatory in South Korea, famous for its stacked brick pattern and conical form. This 3D model reproduces that distinctive design and transforms it into a functional decorative lamp.
Purpose:
Works as both artistic interior decoration and functional light source
Symbolically celebrates Korea’s cultural heritage
Print Configuration:
- 0.20 mm layer height
- PLA: white for lamp, black for base
- Lamp requires support (Tree / auto)
- Base can be printed without support
- Grid infill pattern, density 15%
Assembly Instructions:
- Requires LED lamp kit 001- Insert the LED/light element through the designed opening
- Ensure wiring passes neatly through the bottom channel
- Lamp will sit as a self-contained decorative fixture once connected
Overview
This is a lamp made in the shape of Cheomseongdae.
There were no products made into lamps among Korean architectural structures, so I tried making one myself.
Print Settings
- Layer height: 0.20mm
- PLA material: Lamp (white), Base (black)
- Lamp part requires support (Tree/auto)
- Base part does not require support
- Infill: Grid 15%
Assembly Method
- Use LED lamp kit 001.
- Please insert the LED into the designated hole.
- Please route the wiring through the bottom channel.
- After completion, it can be used as a standalone decorative light.
