Many hours and test prints went into this; therefore, I appreciate every boost!

Trapezoidal spindle for height adjustment of a Metabo Tk U 1693 D.
Unfortunately, the spare part is no longer available, so another option was needed.
I printed it in PLA for testing. It held up well here too. Continuous use, however, is questionable.
Therefore, the finished model was then printed in PA6-GF and is super stable!

The two-part version is more stable, but requires a lot of support and printing time.

The one-piece, standing version is programmed so that it works without support for the threads. However, it doesn't look particularly good on the undersides; but it wears in and works. If it needs to be quick, then this version.

I recommend variant 1, two-part.

ATTENTION: This is a remix from Minuteman from Printables

Many thanks at this point for this 3D model. Thanks to it, many Metabo saws can provide service for many more years!
