Phone Holder for Opel Manta B Ascona B Kadett C

Phone holders are a dime a dozen, but none are built precisely for the air vent of Opel Manta B, Ascona B, and Kadett C. Into the bottom of the air vent, you insert the TPU printed buffer, which supports the flap of the vent and prevents it from having to bear the load of the smartphone alone. The holder itself has recesses that fit exactly onto the flap. First hook it in at the back, then push down the front far enough so that the front holder can slide into position, and then secure it with the nut. It holds rock solid for me. Since the flap is round, you can attach it so that the smartphone is tilted towards the driver.

Assembly is quite simple. Install the two gears on the right and left in the “all the way up” position. Install the bottom holder so that it is all the way down. Through the gears, all three parts are connected to each other, and you can adjust the holder to a smartphone. The lid with the Opel logo is glued to the bottom part. Then you first slide the movable part of the holder at the nozzle onto the part that is connected to the bottom part. Then the nut follows. Now slide the whole thing into the bottom part and secure it with the locking pin. Then turn the nut all the way towards the bottom part, and the movable part of the holder all the way back as well. Now it fits wonderfully into the air vent and can be fixed. I think the pictures show the assembly quite clearly. And now have fun with the good piece, I look forward to photos.
