For me, the AE86 will always be special. It’s not just because of Initial D, where the humble Hachiroku became a legend racing through the mountains, but because it shows how even a modest car can be pure magic. The AE86 isn’t about crazy horsepower or flashy looks, it’s about balance, lightness, and the raw joy of driving. In the world of drift culture, it became an icon, proving that skill and passion matter more than money or status. That’s why it’s my favorite car: simple, timeless, and forever cool.
