Scissors / Tweezers Tip Cover

This is a custom tip cover / cap I designed completely from scratch in CAD, based on an existing commercial piece (brand/model unknown). The original was given to me by a friend, and after experimenting quite a bit, I recreated it with a focus on flexibility and durability.

I’ve been testing prints in TPU for AMS, using a 0.28 mm layer height, slow speeds, and low infill. With this setup, I was able to make it as flexible as possible without it falling apart in your hand.

While it works well as a cap, I actually find it really fun to use as a little fidget toy.
