EcoFlow AeroX HoverCORE

Aerial · Tactical · Quadra-Toroid · Hover-Stable · Power-Core

Portable power doesn’t just have to be grounded - it can take flight. AeroX HoverCore reimagines the swappable case for the ECOFLOW RAPID Pro X as a drone-inspired aerial platform, featuring quadra-toroidal propellers, an organic frame, and a snap-fit power core mount. The result is a futuristic, tactical case that is as stable as it is striking - turning portable energy into an aerial statement piece. Please refer to the assembly document for detailed steps for assembly.

🔹 Design Concept

EcoFlow AeroX HoverCore is a drone-inspired modular case designed around the EcoFlow RAPID Pro X. Its organic frame and Quadra-Toroid rotor design give it a futuristic, tactical look while also adding functional interactivity. The rotors are fully ducted, safe to handle, and actually spin - making them not just visually dynamic but also playful. At the heart of the design is a snap-fit saddle that locks the RAPID Pro X securely in place while still allowing quick swaps. The result is a case that is equal parts display piece, protective shell, and functional showcase.

  • Quadra-Toroid Propellers — dual-stacked toroidal rotor design adapted from the Toroidal Flying Propeller (👉 MakerWorld source), modified to spin freely while staying ducted and safe.
  • Organic Frame Base — adapted and re-engineered from the Generative Drone Frame V2 (👉 CGTrader source), redesigned to fit EcoFlow RAPID Pro X case specifications.
  • Spinning Rotor Units — blades actually spin, providing a realistic drone-like experience; or just use it like a fidget!
  • Red & Green Visual Accents — mimic drone navigation lights for authenticity.
  • Lightweight & Modular Build — all parts 3D printed, assembled with snap-fits and super glue for rugged durability.
  • Simple Assembly — requires only M3x12 screws (x16) for propeller stacking; if screws aren’t available, the motors can be superglued directly to the frame.

🔹 Printing & Assembly

  • All parts 3D printed (No AMS Required).
  • Non-printed hardware: optional M3x12 screws (x16).
  • If screws are unavailable → simply superglue motors and rotors in place.

  • Bottom Propellers (x4)
  • Motor Housings (x4)
  • Red/Green accent caps (x2 each)
  • M3x12 screws (x16, optional)
