15mm Square Tube Connector

This collection of 3D Printed connectors is specially designed for 15x1 mm square tubing. Since such connectors are hardly available commercially, they can now be easily printed yourself. Ideal if you want to connect square tubes and build individual constructions without much effort

Included are:

• tall end piece
• low end piece
• cross connector
• star connector
• 45° angle piece
• 90° angle piece
• T-connector
• adjustable angle (included as a prototype, not yet self-tested)

The connectors fit perfectly with the tubes from my hardware store. If they fit a bit loosely with other manufacturers, a drop of superglue is usually enough to secure them. Additionally, the T-connector, the 90° angle, and the end pieces can be fitted with a small M4 nut, so that they can be screwed on if needed. The designated hole is also excellent for wood screws as an alternative

With the tubing available at my local hardware store, the connectors fit perfectly. Since dimensions can vary between manufacturers, if the fit is a bit loose, a single drop of superglue will do the trick. Additionally, the T-connector, the 90° angle, and the end pieces can be fitted with a small M4 nut, allowing them to be screwed in place if needed. The nut slot also works perfectly with wood screws as an alternative.
