Game MVP Award Token – Celebrate Team Effort!

I designed this Game MVP Award Token for my daughter’s soccer team. At the end of each game, the coach hands one out to the player who gave the most effort and helped the team succeed, which is not necessarily the best player.

It’s a fun, positive way to recognize hard work, teamwork, and hustle on the field — and the kids absolutely love collecting them!

Perfect for sports teams, youth leagues, or as a custom recognition award.  Use it for soccer, or remix it for other sports and activities.  You can customize colors to match the team colors and can even try placing a custom team logo or mascot on the back.
