The Mission

DiaVault is a purpose-built storage system designed to keep your Medtronic diabetes supplies neatly organized and always within reach. Each 3D-printed bin is tailored for infusion sets, sensors, prep trays, and other essentials, so you never waste time searching or worry about misplaced supplies. Built with precision and durability in mind, DiaVault makes daily diabetes care more streamlined, stress-free, and dependable.

But DiaVault is more than storage. These files are free to print and shared so that anyone can make their own. I personally print DiaVault sets locally for newly diagnosed diabetic adolescents, and I encourage others to do the same in their communities. Together, we can make diabetes management a little easier, one set at a time.

The DiaVault System

Each DiaVault bin is built on the Gridfinity modular standard, so every piece locks neatly into place and can be rearranged to fit your setup. Together, they form a complete storage solution for Medtronic Guardian™ sensors and Mio™ infusion sets.

Prep Tray (the favorite!)

• Dedicated spots for Skin Patches, Alcohol Pads, AA/AAA batteries, insulin vials, the sensor inserter, and transmitter charger
• Two extra sections: one as a clean prep area for your next set or sensor, and one as a trash section to keep everything tidy

Guardian 4 Sensor Bin

• Holds up to 6 sensors securely
• Keeps them upright, visible, and ready for use

Mio Advanced Infusion Set Bin

• Stores 10 infusion sets of any cannula or tube length
• Tight fit ensures nothing shifts or falls out of place

Cartridge Bin

• Simple box to hold infusion set cartridges
• Prevents small parts from scattering, easy to restock

Gridfinity Base

• Locks all bins together in a secure, modular grid
