拓竹X1/P1 超简单的千分表调平支架 BAMBULAB X1/P1 Hand Leveling Tool, Dial Indicator Backplate

It can be fixed on the tool head of BAMBULAB X1/P1 series printer in 30 seconds, and you can use it to manually level the hot bed.

It has the following advantages:

1. There is no need to disassemble the hot end and extruder.

2. No tools other than an Allen wrench are required to fix it to the extruder. (A Phillips screwdriver is required when mounting the back plate to the dial indicator)

3. Fixed and stable, not easy to shake.

It has the following disadvantages:

1. It can only be fixed on the tz1.0 hotend cooling fin or original hotend, so I provide the STP file for adjustment.

2. Manual leveling of hot beds above 60 degrees requires printing with high-temperature resistant materials: such as abs, asa, etc., otherwise the ambient temperature will easily cause it to deform.

Instructions for use:

1. Unscrew the four screws on the back of the dial indicator and replace the original back plate with the printed one. (note the direction)

2. Remove the tool head cooling fan and unplug the fan plug.

3. Use the Allen wrench to unscrew the screw pointed out in Figure 1, which will be used later.

4. Align the position and insert the dial indicator into the hot end heat sink fin. (Don’t force it if the fin is not aligned. If the position is correct, the back plate can be close to the extruder)

5. Insert the screws removed in the first step into the holes on the top of the back panel and screw them in with a screw wrench.

Leveling Tutorial:

! ! ! Please reset the heating bed to zero before installing the dial indicator.

1. Install the dial indicator and adjust the position of the hot bed.

2. Turn off the printer motor (or power off/restart the printer). Manual leveling does not require the use of the motor.

3. Push the print head to position 1 and return the dial indicator to zero.

4. Push the print head to position 2 and adjust the screws under the hot bed until the dial indicator returns to zero.

5. Push to position 3 to perform the same operation.
