Micro EDC Kit for Altioids Tin
Print Profile(2)

Description
One of the big problems with micro EDC is that you have to take everything out to grab what you need and then put it all back. My solution to this is the micro EDC kit for altoids tin. The kit contains two grooved inserts that slip into either side of the altoids tin. The kit also contains 6 dividers that slot into the grooves to form organized compartments. These compartments can store related items to make them easier to access without taking everything out. The dividers click into place into the grooves, securely locking them into place, but not so tight that they are not able to be pulled out.
The print profiles work great with both PLA and PETG. Print with PETG for a little extra durability. There is also a separate print profile with extra dividers if you need them. This kit may work with other similar tins if altoids are not avalable to you.
How to assemble
All of the parts are printed upside down. Make sure that the side with groove or bump is facing up. The bottom of the grooved inserts for the altoids tin are subtly chamfered to make it easier to insert into the tin.
- Insert one of the grooved inserts into one side of the tin. Make sure the grooves on the top end of the cutouts are facing upwards and/or make sure that the side with the subtle chamfer is facing downwards.

- Insert the other side (it is ok it the edges overlap)

- Push the overlapping edges so they are flush with the edges of the first insert.

- Line up the dividers from perfectly above with the side with the small bumps facing upwards.

- Push down firmly on the divider from as straight of an angle as possible. (a good way is applying pressure with two of your fingers. one on each side of the divider)
