AMS HT Riser

Description

This riser is designed for stacking the Bambu Lab AMS HT securely on top of the AMS 2.0 Pro.
It provides precise alignment, extra stability, and ensures that the AMS HT drying function works properly without airflow blockage.

✨ Key Features

    •    Bottom Vent Hole: Cut-out aligned with the AMS HT’s bottom vent, allowing proper airflow during high-temp drying.
    •    Stabilized Base with Alignment Notches: Locks onto the AMS 2 Pro’s front latch to prevent sliding.
    •    Height Compensation: Rear legs are offset to ensure a level platform.
    •    Reinforced Cross-Rib Design: Provides strong load-bearing, suitable for AMS HT fully loaded with high-temp filaments.
    •    Glue Assembly: The riser consists of multiple printed parts (base + legs) and requires glue (super glue or epoxy recommended). After assembly, it becomes a single-piece stable frame. Just place it on top of AMS 2 Pro – no screws or modification needed.

    •    Material: ASA (recommended for heat resistance during high-temp drying)
    •    Nozzle: 0.4 mm
    •    Layer Height: 0.2 mm
    •    Walls: 4
    •    Infill: 5% Grid
    •    Support: Tree Slim

💡 Extra Tip

For best results, glue soft rubber pads under the riser feet.
This reduces vibration, prevents scratches on AMS 2 Pro’s top cover, and further improves stability.
