this asymmetric spacer with a highth of 10-50mm is created to fit Profile Design aero cockpits.
Designed for optimal fit and aerodynamics, these spacers provide precise height adjustment while maintaining stiffness and seamless integration with your cockpit system. The asymmetric design ensures perfect alignment and improved ergonomics, making them the ideal solution for riders seeking both comfort and performance.
Just like the original spacers, all cables are routed internally, ensuring a clean look and aerodynamic efficiency. For best results and durability, i recommend to print the spacers from (minimum) PETG-CF (carbon-fiber reinforced PETG) with 100% infill density. This guarantees strength, rigidity, and reliability under the most demanding conditions.
I recently added the stl.-files of 10mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm heigths. please feel free to add a Printprofile and leave a boost :)
