This custom number plate is designed specifically for mountain bikes, especially for downhill and enduro use. It mounts securely without the need for Velcro or zip ties. The shape and tension provide a reliable snap fit between the handlebars and fork crown.
However, optional Velcro straps or zip ties can be added for extra stability on rough terrain. The flat front surface also allows you to quickly attach race numbers using Velcro strips for fast swaps between runs or events.
Whether you're racing or just want a clean and pro look for your bike, this number plate is a lightweight and stylish solution.
I’ve printed the design in PLA, PETG, and ASA, all materials worked fine and delivered a solid, reliable fit.
