Holster for Swissphone sQuad X35

This holster is designed for use with standard belt clips available on various platforms

Some advantages include

• Prepared for belt clips
• Good hold on the belt
• Sturdy construction, can withstand a few drops
• Protected button placket, no dirt or splashes
• CUSTOMIZABLE, e.g. the name of the organization and user

I have already downloaded and tried several versions from the internet

The problem usually was that they would detach from the belt and fall off even with slight touches

In this version, the clip rests on an elevation, thus already having a preload,

furthermore, a small tab ensures that the belt/coupling cannot simply push through

between the clip and the holster

In the pictures, you can see that names and/or designations can be displayed on the right and left,

also in two lines if desired

In the Fusion drawing, the front clip of the pager is missing,

which is of course still used to secure the pager in the holster

The included print files are of course unlabeled

But I have uploaded a Fusion file in which you can customize the

labeling to your needs

In the pictures, you can see them negatively embossed, filled with model paint and sanded

You can of course also display them in relief, but that makes painting more difficult

Since I only own a Sidewinder X1, I unfortunately cannot print in multiple colors

But I wouldn't have had RAL3024 filament anyway

From the back, I have provided holes for “M2 threaded weld-in sleeves”

These can be slowly inserted until you can feel them from the inside with your finger

File off the excess and you're done

Since the holes in the holster are smaller than those in the clip, creating an overhang into the drilled hole,

with precise alignment, it is also sufficient to gently press the protruding material into the holes with a warm metal pin,

or simply let some melted filament flow in
