Description

I created this hanging tray for my dishwasher tablets/pods. Could be used for anything though, not just dishwasher tablets. 

 

The model is a 3-part system:

  • Plate 1: The tray itself
  • Plate 2: The lid for the tray
  • Plate 3: A template for drilling holes to hang the tray

Optional: You can hang the tray by using 2 or 4 (wood) screws. If you are not gonna hang the tray on a wall, than you do not have to print the 3th plate. The reason I hanged this was to save some space in my kitchen cabinets. I used the following screw measures: 4.0 (thickness) 20 (length). 3.5 or 3.5 thickness should work aswell. A shorter length should work as long as your not gonna use it fill it with super heavy things. 

 

Note 1: The first plate uses supports. These are essential. The provided profile uses a different filament (PETG-HF) to make the supports super easie to remove. This is highly recommended. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. 

 

Note 2: When printing it is possible you get some form or warping, because it is quite a big flate surface. If you want to be safe, you can turn on the brim function at the corners to counter this problem. 

 

Note 3: I used a profile with 0.1 layer height for the best quality. It is ofcourse possible to do a bigger hight, such as 0.2. This will speed up the print a lot. 

 

I used Bambu Lab PLA Basic Cobalt Blue (10604), but you can use any filament you like.
