Phone Mount for Riese & Müller Superdelite
This 3D-printed mount was specifically designed for the Riese & Müller Superdelite bicycle It is compatible with the SKS adapter (available in specialized stores or online, including compatible SKS phone cases)
Made from PET-CF filament (carbon fiber reinforced PET) the model offers:
- High stability even with vibrations and off-road use
- Heat resistance for summer
- Secure fit for the smartphone, even with strong impacts
Already successfully tested off-road – the phone remains securely fixed!! :-)
Bill of Materials (BOM):
- 3D-printed mount (this model)
- 1x SKS adapter (sold separately)
- 2x M4 cylinder head screws M4x30 (for attaching the SKS adapter to the mount)
- 2x lock nuts (for insertion into the SKS adapter)
4x M6 flat head screws M6x20 (for attaching the mount to the bicycle frame)
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PET-CF (recommended), alternatively PETG or ABS
- Infill: Over 35% Gyroid or Grid for higher stability
- Support: not necessary
- Print orientation: Print mount lying flat
- Nozzle: 0.4 (use a hardened nozzle for carbon fiber filament)
