Front Wheel Spacer Washer (15 mm Hub)

If your front wheel has a bit of play and the thru-axle lever doesn’t fully tighten the fork against the hub, this small 3D-printed spacer washer might be the fix you need.

I originally designed it for my Specialized Turbo Levo, but it can also be useful on other bikes with a 15 mm threaded hub.

The model includes three thickness options:

• 1.2 mm

• 2.0 mm

• 3.0 mm

This way you can pick the right fit to close the gap, eliminate wheel play, and achieve a more stable and precise front wheel setup.

👉 The print profile is optimized for PETG, which I recommend for best strength and durability.

For convenience, I’ve also included a PLA profile, although I suggest using it only for testing or temporary use.
