Lithopaneframe Tablemountain

On my last vacation i took some nice pictures ofthe tablemountain and i wanted to have them in my flat as lithopane.

So i designed my own frame for the pictures and the Bambu Lithopane LED panel.

The Frame either allows you to pass the USB controller from Bambu trough one of the openings on the back. Or you can clip in an USB-C Port (large opneing) and glue in a small sliding switch, and solder all the wires together and controll it directly wit hthe switch at the lamp. I got the USB-C port and the sliding switch just for a couple of cents from Amazon.

The overall outer dimesnion of the pictures are 98mmx144.
To generate the Lithopane i used the website itslitho with the following settigns:

Shape:

• Width: 144mm
• Height: 98mm
• Min thickness: 1mm
• Max thickness: 4mm
• Crop: true

Frame Options:

• Frame: Border
• Thickness: 4mm

For the Reosultion is just experimented a little bit, to see how much i can increse the resolution, without the file size getting too large.
If you use the above settings, you should be able to use your own images to generate a Lithopane and use them in this Lightframe.

Ok, anf how to Assemble this thing now?

1. Decide if you want to use the Bambu Controller or your own USB-C and the Switch, and if you want to use USB-C and the Switch place the parts in the Backpart and and solder the wires. You can either use the supplied Cable or buy you rown JST 2.0 PH 2 Pin females Connectors.
2. Connect the Lightpanels to the wires and place them in the Bakcpart.
3. Place the Spacer in the Backpart ontop of the LED-Panel.
4. Place the Lithopane ontop of the Spacer.
5. Place the Frontcover over the Lithopane and clip onto the Back part
6. If needed mount the stand on the back.
7. Connect the Light to a powersource.
