After experiencing a broken wheel from a low-quality product, I created this reinforced version to support my daughter’s bike training journey. It’s been tested in real-world conditions and holds up beautifully—even on uneven terrain.

• Wheel: PETG, 0.2 mm layer height, 4 walls, 60% infill
• Tire: TPU, 0.2 mm layer height, 3 walls, 75% infill
• Supports: Minimal (only for overhangs)
• Assembly: Press-fit tire onto wheel; secure to axle with standard bracket
