Hourglass Interlock - Fidget Toy

Description

Note: Please ensure filament is dry and Printer doors are slightly open (excluding h2d), any sag in the filament can causing the print to stick

Note: Printing time for a single color is between 1hr to 2hr depending on size (profiles include different plates with color options)

The Design

Here we have 4 different sizes of the Hourglass Interlock Fidget

Building on my Vortex Interlock we have a much more pleasing interlock

It has a round base of 40mm and heights of 30, 45, 60 and 75 mm 

I only recommend the single color or split top and bottom, for A series, P series and X series. 

The mixed color combinations are fairly efficient on a H2D. 

Let me know if you experience any issues.

Printing

4 print profiles are included - 1 for each size

Within each profile there is 1 plate per color option

Standard settings should work fine to slice 

Supports should be set to Tree Manual (i have painted the support locations)

I have also Set X-Y Contour Compensation to -0.1 to give slightly more clearance – though this shouldn't be absolutely necessary

Once printed let the build plate cool before trying to remove.
