Supports: For the weapon, carefully loosen the supports from top to bottom, then you should be able to pull the entire piece off downwards
For the tentacles, it is unfortunately not easy to remove them without causing damage. It is best to carefully loosen the supports from top to bottom and try to gently remove them from the figure. This requires a lot of patience. If anything breaks off, you can repair it with a good superglue
