This project is member of "R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System" family. The R.I.G.S. solution was designed to provide an easy, reliable, repeatable and fast set up of the Xtool RA2 Pro Deluxe on the Xtool F1 Ultra, along with solving some placements and clearance issues. It contains a mount and a riser specifically for the Xtool F1 Ultra, but it also contains a new chuck mounting jig along with different screw in attachments for different types of tumblers.

The R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System was designed to optimize the following characteristics:

• Tumbler supported from inside with a single connection: This allows the entire exterior of the tumbler to be exposed to the laser, one connection point instead of three (3) jaws and will also facilitate additional upgrades planned for the R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System.
• Modular: The R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System contains multiple addons to allow a wide range of mounting options for different type of tumblers and upcoming attachments.
• Quick Swap: The treaded connection between the R.I.G.S. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount and each individual Lid Jigs allows for a fast swap of attachments from the R.I.G.S. family without the need to re-configure the jaws. The single thread is much faster and easier to set up, compared to the original six (6) mounting screws and three (3) jaws in case you need to change tumbler size. The thread between the R.I.G.S. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount and each Jig lid attachment is oriented to follow the same direction as the threads from the tumbler being mounted, making screwing in and out intuitive.
• Secure: Each Jig Lid attachment is designed to provide a tight fit to a given tumbler, or a family of tumblers, allowing for a secure tight grip. This means the tumbler will not go lose or tilt due to weight or insufficient grip.
• Precise: The Riser and Base from the R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System allows perfect alignment and positioning, ensuring repeatable results during batch processing and optional positioning for the laser. (Base only available for the Xtool F1 Ultra).
• Extra Clearance:  The Riser and Base from the R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System allows higher clearance to account for the handle on tumblers without the option to remove it. (Base only available for the Xtool F1 Ultra)

The only model in this project is the RIGS - RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Thread Lid Stanley 30oz Tumbler. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount model is required in order use the interchangeable lid jigs from the R.I.G.S. family for tumblers.
