EVGA XC3 RTX 3080/3090 Custom Cooling Shroud - Bambu Build Plate Sized

I wanted a shroud to attach my Noctua fans to my GPU - instead of having to zip tie them to it.

HansHelmhutHorst has made a fantastic design here, but unfortunately it didn't fit the 256x256 Bambu Lab build plate.
So, I rounded the corners on one side and chamfered the corners on the other - and now it can be printed on one plate!

Furthermore, I changed the overhang to a 45 degree angle to make it print much cleaner. 

For fun, I decided to print my shroud in PLA, as I happened to have two colors that almost perfectly match the Noctua colors.

So far, it has been holding up fine, but I haven't been doing any stress tests or very heavy gaming. 
To be on the safe side, I definitely recommend printing it out of at least PETG to avoid deformation, in case the tempatures get a bit too high.
 

I used Bambu Lab PLA Basic - Brown and eSUN PLA+ - Beige.

I still chose to upload a Print Profile for the 2 color version I printed, in case you want give it a try as well.
There is of course a one color version Print Profile, too.
