Recently, a part of my electric vehicle's shell came loose and needed to be fixed with a metal connector plate

However, buying these connector plates online meant long waiting times. So, I thought of designing my own connector plate and 3D printing it. Instead of common PLA, I chose engineering plastics with high hardness and durability, such as PETG, ABS, PA12CF, etc., to ensure the connector plate is stronger and more durable

The advantage of this design is that you can customize it according to the diameter of your electric vehicle's screw holes and the thickness of the connector plate, making it easy to create a connector plate that perfectly fits your needs

Compared to buying off-the-shelf products, 3D printing is faster, taking only about 10 minutes to print. Furthermore, you can print according to your needs, avoiding buying a large quantity each time (online stores usually sell a minimum of 5-10 pieces), truly achieving on-demand production, which saves money and is convenient!
