Saddle aero bottle cage adapter

!! IMPORTANT : THIS IS TO BE PRINTED IN PETG FOR BETTER MECHANICAL RESISTANCE !!

Here is my newest version of the AERODYNAMIC bidon holder mount for the saddle tube. 

It is still designed for a regular saddle tube of 27.2mm diameter.

The new model has an angle to access easier and to allow it to be mounted on lower saddle range.

In addition to printing you will need regular screws used for bidon holders. I recommend 3 M5 nuts and 3 M5 screws of 16mm.

You can assemble according to the last pictures.

• Once you placed all the nuts you can start screwing everything
• Then place the “pressing part” inside
• You will need to remove your saddle tube and put it through the adaptor. At this step you might need to use a bit of force as the pressor could be overlaping a bit. Tolerances are tight at this point but it is normal.
• Then you can put back the saddle inside the bike at the desire height.
• Place your adpator, and finally use the middle screw to keep everything in place. As tolerances are tight it should not move too much even before tightening. The middle screw pushed the additional part against the saddle tube.

• 3 x M5 nuts
• 3 X M5 screws 16mm
