Note: Please ensure filament is dry and Printer doors are slightly open (excluding h2d), any sag in the filament can cause the print fail
The Design
Here we have my Light Globe, designed for Bambu RBG light puck. They also look great in the sun.
I wanted to create a sphere of light, that could be use both translucent filament, or just basic white filament.
The main image uses white filament to diffuse the light, whilst the translucent filamnet gives the sunset effect
There is a retaining ring with a satisfying “click” on the base
Dimensions are 103mm diameter and 84mm tall.
Let me know if you experience any issues.
Printing
No supports are needed, i have used Arachne wall generator, though classic should work too
Once printed let the build plate cool before trying to remove.
