Description

Update V3: Update Version with Big Eye (and 3 small)

Update: - A1 mini V2 online (non poseable only)

Baron_mateo added a profile for eyes with white highlights.

Update V2

  • Eyes: sturdier connectors
  • Head: deeper eye sockets so they no longer stick out

  • Tentacle: added a new Print profile for poseable version, check for the profile name.
    • Tested on a Bambu P1S and A1 with different filaments, all worked fine. There were slight differences depending on the filament (and surely with other printer models as well).
    • Please start with the TEST plate before printing a full body. Choose the body with the tolerance that fits you best. If none works well, just drop me a message and I’ll upload a new tolerance version.
    • Print time for the poseable version should be almost the same, makerworld only shows longer times because three integrated versions are included.

Your feedback is very welcome!

Update: Added a no AMS version with only 2 color eyes.

Articulated T. Ocellus – Alien Specimen

The T. Ocellus is an articulated creature model that looks like it could have come straight from a specimen jar.

This is inspired by a certain otherworldly species you might have seen crawling across the tv screen… but don’t worry, this one won’t jump at your eye (probably).

With fully articulated legs and a specimen stand, it’s perfect for displaying as a “scientific sample”. Half realistic, half toy – somewhere between creepy and funny.

Print it, pose it, and let it scuttle across your desk. Just don’t leave it unattended too long… it might find a new host.

The first picture is AI enhanced, this is not my actual room.. The model is the Ocellus with Stand only, like on the other pictures, but you can easily put it in a jar if your want.. The model it self is completly modelled in Fusion, no AI used..

The A1mini version 35% smaller..
