Description

Bottle Cap Compatible with Electrolux Blender Bottles

This is a custom-designed cap I created to turn the Electrolux blender bottle into a versatile drinking bottle with a straw. Initially, I wanted a solution for drinking comfortably while driving, but I soon realized how useful it is in many other situations—whether relaxing in the garden, going for a walk outdoors, or simply using it at home.

The cap features a drip guard, a hole cover, and a double ring hook for easy attachment during outdoor activities. Even without a rubber gasket or O-ring, it provides a secure fit with no leaks.

  • Straw compatibility: Designed for straws with a 5 mm diameter. (If you need a wider opening, it can be easily adjusted after printing with the right tools.)
  • Printing made simple: The design is split into two parts—one for the cap and one for the hole cover—allowing you to print them in different colors. This reduces material usage, shortens print times, and ensures a smoother print process.
  • Optimized settings: I fine-tuned the slicing parameters to make the print faster, keep it sturdy, and simplify the removal of tree supports for overhanging parts.
  • Recommended material: PET for durability and everyday use.
