Bill of Materials
Description
A wrist and forearm roller for flexion and extension. Also has a notch cut out to work on wrist supination, pronation, ulnar and radial deviation.
It is printed with 6 walls and 8 top layers due to needing to clamp it to glue it together to eliminate the seam as much as you can.
You do not have to clamp it though if you do not want.
You will need paracord to thread though it. the hole opposite the notch is the hole you should tie the cord on as it is more recessed and will keep the knot out of the way more.
Can get by without a carabiner but it is helpful to tie one to the end of the paracord.
