Modular Playground - 4 arena modes

Description
Hello there,
Playground brings a whole new dimension to RC car fun. Inspired by the dynamics of Rocket League, it combines futuristic design, modular construction, and four unique game modes.
The space is dominated by two goals with built-in scoreboards in the style of table football, which immediately draw you into the competitive atmosphere. The stands around the perimeter give the arena the feel of a real stadium, while the walls with longitudinal advertising panels and a modern hexagonal pattern create an authentic sports environment.
The arena is fully modular – individual segments can be rearranged and combined according to the players' ideas, allowing for endless variations of playing fields and new challenges.
The basic set includes four game modes:
- Tank Battle
- Rocket League-style Car Soccer
- Forklift
- Basketball for Robot Cars
This arena is designed to offer action, strategy, and creativity – whether you're just playing with friends or hosting an entire tournament.
Now for the rules and game modes:
---------------------------------------------
Tanks:
General Rules:
- Each tank has 5 lives. Hits are recorded on the counter above the goal.
- Each player can have the following on the map:
- 6 walls,
- 6 small barriers,
- 3 hedgehogs (anti-tank barriers).
- The playing field must remain passable – it is not allowed to completely block the path to the main objective (flag, hostage, crate).
- In tasks where it is necessary to “run over” an object, only direct contact with the tank counts. If the object falls, tips over, or only touches the barrier, it does not count.
Rescue the hostage:
- One player is the defender who guards the hostage.
- The other player is the rescuer, whose task is to run over the hostage with a tank (the hostage stands on a stand on the ground).
- The winner is:
- The rescuer, if they take the hostage,
- The defender, if they destroy the opponent's tank.
Capture the Flag:
- On one side, there is a flag on a stand.
- The attacker must drive over the flag with their tank and then return to the starting position.
- The winner is:
- The attacker, if they capture the flag,
- The defender, if they destroy the attacker's tank.
Search and Destroy:
- The defender places two crates on their half of the field and builds defenses around them according to the rules.
- The attacker's task is to destroy both crates.
- The winner is:
- The attacker, if they destroy both crates,
- The defender, if they destroy the attacker's tank.
---------------------------------------------
Rocket League-style Car Soccer
General rules:
- The game is played in an arena with two goals.
- There is one large ball on the playing field.
- Players control their RC cars and try to get the ball into the opponent's goal.
- Each goal is counted on a mechanical counter above the goal.
- The match is played for a time limit (5–10 minutes recommended) or until a predetermined number of goals (e.g., 5) is reached.
Classic match:
- 1v1 or 2v2.
- The team that scores more goals within the time limit wins.
Last Goal Wins (Golden Goal):
- The game is played without a time limit.
- The winner is the team that scores the first goal.
- Perfect as a quick version of the game or a tiebreaker.
Chaos Mode:
- Modular obstacles (such as tanks or forklifts) are placed around the playing field.
- The ball bounces in unpredictable directions, and the game is more about reflexes than tactics.
- The team that scores more goals within the time limit wins.
---------------------------------------------
Forklift
General rules:
- An odd number of pallets with crates (5, 7, or 9 recommended) are placed in the center of the map.
- Each player prepares the following for their opponent:
- A mat with the number of pallets that must be placed on it.
- The placement of shelves that form obstacles (but a passageway must remain open).
- The shelves can be loaded with packages.
- During handling:
- Dropping a package = 1 penalty point.
- Dropping an entire shelf = 5 penalty points.
- Penalty points are recorded on the counter above the goal.
- The winner is the player who:
- Places all pallets on their mat correctly according to the numbering.
- The loser is the player who:
- Collects 6 penalty points or fails to complete the task within the time limit (if set).
Classic Logistics
- Each player has one mat on which they must place the assigned number of pallets.
- The winner is the player who completes the task first or who has fewer penalty points if both players fail to complete the task within the time limit.
Race with a transfer station
- Each player has two mats in different places on the playing field.
- The pallets must be divided according to the numbers on the mats.
- The game is more dynamic because players have to maneuver more and plan their route.
Cargo chaos
- Loose packages are placed on the shelves before the game, creating an “unstable” environment.
- The player must be even more careful not to knock them down.
- Each package knocked down = one penalty point.
---------------------------------------------
Basketball for robotic cars
General rules:
- The game is played in an arena with two baskets placed on raised goal structures.
- There are X balls (cybrebrick balls) on the court.
- Players control their RC cars and try to get the ball into the opponent's basket.
- Each basket is equipped with a counter above the goal that records points.
- The game is played for a time limit (5–8 minutes recommended) or to a predetermined number of points (e.g., 10).
Classic basketball
- 1v1 or 2v2.
- The team that scores the most points within the time limit wins.
- Each basket = 1 point.¨
Three-point challenge
- Zone lines are marked on the court (close = 1 point, far = 3 points).
- Players must try to get the ball into the basket from the marked zone – greater reward for riskier shots.
Streetball (chaos mode)
- Modular obstacles and ramps are placed on the court, allowing for jumps and tricks.
- Extra points (+1) can be awarded for “style” – for example, if a car jumps over a ramp with the ball and shoots a basket from a height.
The game arena is designed to offer a variety of entertainment, strategy, and excitement across four basic modes: Tank Battle, Car Soccer, Forklift, and Robot Car Basketball. Thanks to its modular system, the arena can be constantly rebuilt to create new challenges according to the players' imagination.
Some game elements have been taken from Cyberbricks Originals, specifically pallets, boxes, and balls, which give the game an authentic look and functionality.
The tank, for which the arena is primarily designed, comes from the creator Wuguigui.
RC cars and robots designed for basketball mode are also the work of Cyberbricks Originals.
This combination of original and borrowed elements ensures high quality, durability, and variability of the game. The arena thus provides both a competitive environment for tournaments and leisure entertainment with friends.
Have fun :)
