Description

I just received my new Samsung Watch 8 size 40 mm and noticed the watch band doesn't come out from the watch the same way the older versions did. The watch doesn't sit flat on a table when you take it off at night. My wife suggested a shape more like a rounded wrist. I copied a method I found on YouTube to retain the charging puck. If a simple hole is too small, you can't insert the puck. If the hole is too large, the puck wants to come out when you remove the watch from the stand. The “fingers” on this design will retain the puck with less worry about printing tolerances. Fair warning, it's a bit difficult to mount the puck inside the stand, but it stays put just fine. If you ever want to remove it, just push it out from the bottom.

I'm confident that this design will work with other Watch 8 sizes and probable earlier version of Samsumg Watch.

I used PETG to print mine because the little fingers tend to be a bit more flexible than PLA, but PLA will probably work.
