Description
This 3D-printed enclosure (100x100x40 mm) consists of a Box (90x90x37.5 mm) and a Lid (100x100x10 mm) with a recess for a display
It was specifically designed for installing a PWM Fan Speed Control Module The components are listed below
The box offers enough space to integrate a Shelly 1 Gen 3 and a Shelly Plus Add-On with additional temperature sensors (DS18B20) in addition to the fan control module This allows the fan control to be not only automatically controlled via an NTC sensor but also monitored via an app
On the side there are openings for
- Power supply connection (DC jack)
- Fan connector (e.g. 4 PIN connector)
- Two temperature sensors (1x from the PWM Fan Speed Control Module and 1x temperature sensor for Shelly Plus Add-On)
The lid has a display cutout for the PWM module's display
This model is ideal for hobbyists, makers, and anyone who wants to integrate their fan control into a clean, stable, and expandable enclosure
Filament: Depending on the application area and temperature load, ABS is suitable here
Additionally, there are 2 more print profiles with adjusted case sizes without using the Shelly 1 Gen 3 and a Shelly Plus Add-On
- Box 100x100x30 (Lid + Box) - without a second opening for the temperature sensor of the Shelly Plus Add-On
- Box 100x70x30 (Lid + Box) - without a second opening for the temperature sensor of the Shelly Plus Add-On
