I added ~10mm insert for the cutter.
Design goals:
- use small blade (Bambu A1 filament cutting blade)
- combine with pill capsule
- easy to carry in pocket
- SAFE - I wanted something my kids wouldn't find and cut themselves on
Cutter is designed for a 6mm diameter pill, Onshape link below if anyone wants to remix for a larger pill. I did attempt to angle the pill 90º but the cutter didn't split very well and ended up crushing the pill when trying to cut from the rounded side.
