PDW Conversion Kit for G18 WE (Airsoft)
This 3D project is a **PDW-style aesthetic kit** designed for the G18 WE gas pistol (airsoft)
The design is compact to achieve a modern and tactical-looking conversion
Features:
- Modular design with multiple components
- Optimized for FDM printing
- PDW-inspired look, ideal for customizing the G18 WE replica
- Project intended exclusively for aesthetic and recreational use (airsoft/collecting)
Recommended print settings:
- Material: PLA+ or PETG (recommended for greater strength) I used ePLA-ST filament from esun
Notes:
- It is not a weapon, but an aesthetic accessory for airsoft replicas
- Some tolerances may require minor finishing or sanding
Required materials:
- Pliers and wire cutters are useful for removing supports (support removal requires patience ;) )
- The very strong glue I recommend is Loctite
- Spring with 20mm length and 6mm diameter (I used the spring from a kit bought on Amazon, you can also buy from other sellers, as long as it meets the dimensions)
Assembly tips:
the remaining parts to be glued are now easily understandable, so I will proceed directly to showing how to insert the replica into the kit
