2026.5.22 Optimization: All holes have been enlarged for easier installation. Triangular grooves have also been added to the holes to better conceal the seams of the inner diameter
(If you have any feedback or comments, I will iterate based on them! If you think it's below 5 stars, you don't have to rate it. If I see it, I'll greet you by blacklisting you. If you think your filament is precious, don't print it. If you're so good, design and print it yourself. I'm talking to you, you idiot)
2026.1.28 Optimization: Based on feedback from a user, they said the handle plug was very difficult to tap in. When pressed in with a vise, it actually cracked the handle! I admit, my design was truly poor
[First modification] Originally, this plug didn't have a thickened end, and was generally meant to be glued with CA glue. However, concerned that users might not have suitable CA glue, I thickened the end of the plug by 0.1mm. It was initially designed with ribs, but I found that it tended to conflict with print seams, preventing the central hole of the plug from being centered, which affected the passage of the M8 screw. This led to adding a ring around the entire plug. I would use a hammer to tap it in, but due to printing tolerances and material shrinkage differences, I would use an art knife to trim some parts before hammering. If forced in without trimming, the tragedy mentioned by the user—cracking—could occur
[Second modification] So I tried modifying it to have partially robust ribs, and made sure to leave grooves to accommodate FDM print seams. This allowed the plug to be pushed into the handle more ideally, without needing excessive force. However, another problem arose: the path for the M8 screw in the middle was obstructed, with the obstruction coming from the FDM seam of the inner diameter. This necessitated using a drill to remove the seam. After dealing with 12 such seams, I realized this could very likely lead to accidental injury! As shown:

[Third modification] To solve the inner diameter seam problem, I considered making the inner diameter a bit larger, but then the corresponding wall thickness would be insufficient. So, I simply created a teardrop-shaped sharp corner to accommodate the FDM seam. For now, this has temporarily resolved the issue with these two plugs. It's a provisional victory! Thank you for your understanding, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my previous poor design

2026.1.26 Optimization: plates 1, 2, 3, and 4 are mandatory prints. For the plates marked with an arrow, choose one based on the characteristics of the spider leg head

2025.10.19 Iteration and Optimization
- The beetle body and handle adopt a new shape, allowing the beetle to be flush with the aluminum profile frame after installation and adjustment

Enlarge the M8 hole diameter of the handle and profile fixing handle to allow M8 screws to pass through more smoothly (if uncontrollable printing issues lead to a smaller hole diameter, an M8 drill bit can be used to enlarge it to the normal diameter)

- Thanks to a commenter for the reminder, corner brackets need to have an 8mm hole diameter, otherwise the 40-type T-nut will not pass through

- The usage steps for plate 6--type A are shown below:

- The image below shows the head style of plate 5

- The image below shows the head style of plate 7 (replace the M6*50 screw in the list with an M6*30, everything else remains the same)

- Plate 6 can also be used for the image below

DIY enthusiasts working on woodworking projects in limited spaces often find themselves conflicted between the stability of a workbench and its storage capabilities. Folding workbenches are not stable enough, while stable workbenches are inconvenient to disassemble and store
- Inspired by spider legs, I combined aluminum profiles to transform it into a workbench that is both stable and storable
- When stored, its dimensions are 30*30*114cm, which can fit into a standard vacuum cleaner storage area. Using a quick-release structure, with practice, disassembly takes about 2 minutes
- When unfolded, it becomes a 63*120cm desktop with strong vertical load-bearing capacity. Tested with two 75kg adults sitting on it, it remained completely stable
- It also supports the dog hole system of multifunctional workbenches, allowing the use of any 20mm dog hole accessories. With quick woodworking clamps, it can be inserted into the aluminum profile's grooves for side clamping
- A section of the desktop can also be removed to accommodate a router table insert, creating a stable inverted routing workstation. This transforms the originally single-function spider legs into a stable, reliable, multi-functional workbench
- DIY enthusiasts can replace different tabletops to match their specific work needs
